The Wireless Token Ring Protocol (WTRP) is a medium access control protocol for Ad-Hoc networks.  It  supports quality of service in terms of bounded latency and reserved bandwidth. WTRP is efficient in the sense that  it reduces the number of retransmissions due to collision. WTRP is fair in the sense that each station takes a turn to transmit and is forced to give up the right to transmit after transmitting for a specified amount of time. WTRP permits multiple classes of services. WTRP is a distributed protocol that supports many topologies since not all stations need to be connected to each other or to a central station. WTRP can be used with an admission control agent for bandwidth or latency reservations WTRP is robust against single node failure. WTRP is designed to recover  gracefully from multiple simultaneous faults. It has wide variety of applications such as safety critical vehicle to vehicle networking , multimedia applications. .. etc..

"The logo is a view of Sema ceremony which represents a
mystical journey of man's spiritual ascent through mind and love to "Perfect." Turning towards the truth, his growth through love, desert his ego, find the truth and arrive to the "Perfect," then he return from this spiritual journey as a man who reached maturity and a greater perfection, so as to love and to be of service to the whole of creation, to all creatures without discrimination of believes, races, classes and nations."
