Rahul Jain obtained his Ph.D. in EECS in 2004 under the supervision of Prof. Pravin Varaiya and an M.A. in Statistics in 2002, both from the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently at the IBM T.J. Watson Research Center, Hawthorne, NY. Click here for my most recent page and papers.
